Daniel really did a great job and really helped us when we were in a bind after one of our old pipes broke and started to flood our crawlspace. He was able to get us fixed and able to use water in our house again before it got too hot outside today.

Today's experience was fine and task was completed. Daniel was courteous and knowledgeable. I was notified 1/2 hour before his arrival. and it was in the parameters of my appointment. My original appointment was scheduled for the day before. I called wondering where my technician was notified that he wouldn't show up. So i waited needlessly.

A:

You'll usually see water presenting near a leak in an adjacent wall or ceiling, for example, to indicate a water leak. If you suspect a pipe is leaking, we can test for it. One method is turning off the water to your home and checking the meter. If the meter is still running, then you've definitely got a leak. There are also leak detection devices we can install in your home that will alert you when a pipe is leaking.
